The following illustrates some of the major contracts successfully undertaken by TANAL international and Incat:
DESIGN, SUPPLY WELL CELLAR GRATINGS AT PAD A, D, E, H, K & M (28 off) in joint with Incat company :
- Design of well cellar grating supports and well cellar gratings with arrangements for fixings and trap door facilities
- Removal and disposal existing gratings and supports
- Fabricate, paint and install new designed well cellar gratings and support
PAD K MECHANICAL AND PIPING WORKS
- Prefabricate and ship to site wellhead & manifold spools, water injection manifold skid, and shelter
- Installation of Pad K and CPF wellhead and manifold spools
- Installation of Pad K (60 metres) and CPF (160 metres) water injection line
- Installation of Pad K and CPF water injection manifold skid
- Installation of Pad K and CPF manifold shelter
- Hydrotesting, reinstatement and painting of pipeworks
TRCP GENERATION PIPEWORK FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION
- Fabricate TRCP generator pipework and supports
- Removing and installing gas generator cooler
- Construct and install access platforms for diesel tanks, and removable covers for the cable pit
- Construct mounting base for generator auxiliary pumps
- Expansion of TGBT platform
- Install removable access covers for maintenance
TSIENGUI DEBOTTLENECKING MECHANICAL AND PIPING COMPLETION
- Fabrication, modification, NDT, installation, hydrotest & painting of piping and supports for closed & oil drain, diesel-fuel return & supply, fuel gas, produced water, water heating medium, instrument air, industrial water, process gas & liquid, and HP 7 LP flare system as per issued isometrics.
